Abstract:

Teraflux is an EU research projects that aims to examine SW and HW techniques to program future processors that may be built out of thousands of processing elements. Teraflux, addresses the different aspects of such future system; such as its the programing model, compiler techniques, the execution model, operating system, reliability, fault-tolerance and more. This keynote talk will cover the main concepts of the project, presents the current development stage and discusses the main challenges it still faces.
